Join Us in Celebrating Indonesian Language and Culture
At Balai Bahasa Indonesia Perth, we believe in the power of community to foster understanding and appreciation between Australia and Indonesia. Whether you’re passionate about language, culture, or community engagement, there are numerous ways you can contribute to our mission.
Volunteer for BBIP
You have skills. You have talents. You are a BBIP member. So, volunteer to apply your skills and talents in supporting programs and projects such as the Perth Indonesian Film Festival, the Michael J in OZ schools concerts and the Indonesian culture and language classes. Tell us how you want to be involved.
Join the BBIP board to be involved in directing the activities of BBIP, deciding which projects and programs are priorities and where funding will be directed. Board members are elected at the annual general meeting in February.
Your support helps BBIP grow and sustain its programs. You can help us in many ways.
You don’t need to be a Board member to help. We welcome supporters of all ages and skills, from artists, photographers, and social media enthusiasts to event organisers and entertainers.
Join our community for only $25 per year and gain access to events, courses, and special programs.
Share your passion for Indonesian language and culture with the wider community. Ambassadors promote BBIP’s mission, inspire learners, and help grow our community in Perth.
